i stayed on the fifth floor and received an upgrade. the room had lovely views. donna and emma at reception were helpful.

the pool closed for three hours one sunday for children's swimming lessons. the changing rooms were very busy at that time. it made the environment unrelaxing

The shower in my room had water flow issues, a little inconvenient.

the room i stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows. this gave me really good views of the bay. i enjoyed the breakfast that offered a wonderful selection of options.

the restaurant was not open even though i was told the hotel was fully booked. there was little seating in the foyer and i found the area very cold.

I was excited to see the hotel bar. it had great scenery. it also provided convenient access to the beach nearby. the enclosed courts were a super bonus. My little lad enjoyed football, hurling, and foot tennis.

The staff seemed very busy. Nonetheless, they handled the extra workload with ease.
